This is a smoke-free, pet-free 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with a private pool perfect for any get-away. Each bedroom has it's own private bath, so it is like having 3 suites, perfect for visitors or a larger family. This home is very open with the family room, living room, dining room and master bedroom all opening to the pool. It has a completely renovated gourmet kitchen, new Italian tile flooring, the entire inside was recently painted, new carpeting throughout, new hardwood flooring, new roof, new gas grill and much more. (2014) Beautiful plantation shutters are on all windows.
This home is in an exclusive gated community. Foxfire Golf Course is a 27 hole Arthur Hill designed championship course with Tif-Eagle grass greens. The new clubhouse features a full restaurant, grill room, exercise facility, card room, library, heated pools, Jacuzzi and 3 lighted Hard-Tru tennis courts. Foxfire Golf & Country Club is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
This gated community offers monthly renters a golf membership that allows them to participate in all the activities of a private club. Foxfire has one of the lowest green fees in the Naples area. The course can also be walked in the late afternoon. Golf and tennis league play is also available.
Foxfire is three miles to downtown Naples, featuring amazing restaurants, 5th Avenue shopping, galleries, boutiques, nightlife and the beautiful sundrenched golf-coast beaches. Enjoy Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva, and the Everglades which are less than an hour away.
